Barbacoa burrito bowl, brown rice, both beans, mild and hot salsa, sour cream, cheese and corn. No lettuce. Didn’t even finish the bowl only ate half. An hour later I was so sick. Finally fell asleep and woke up extremely ill an hour later. Didn’t feel better til the morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我昨晚 9 点以后吃了。我订购了一个带有 1/2 只鸡肉 1/2 barbacoa 的墨西哥卷饼... 糙米、辣酱、酸奶油、奶酪和额外的长叶莴苣。早上 7 点左右我醒来后开始感觉不好。非常恶心，腹泻，抽筋不好。稍微回到床上然后回到洗手间，腹泻和抽筋更多，现在呕吐。下班在家待了半天，一直感到恶心。我还很恶心，整天都有腹泻和胃痉挛。我的温度没有超过 98.3° f。

18 年 11 月 11 日星期天晚上，我和我丈夫都在吃晚饭的 12 小时内生病了。饭后症状在 18 至 24 小时之间达到顶峰。24 小时后发烧消失了，但腹泻，虚弱仍然存在。他吃了一个卷饼，里面有鸡肉，斑豆，温和的酱汁，微微，玉米，奶酪和鳄梨调味酱。我有一个碗里有牛排、糙米、斑豆、温和的酱汁、微微、玉米、奶酪和鳄梨调味酱。
