My son had severe vomiting and diarrhea a few hours after eating chicken nuggets and ended up in the ER. I called to notify them and they offered free food! Yuck! I am just hoping to prevent others from getting sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Bought 4 mini fillets and a gravy sauce on the 25th. The chicken was a bit harder to chew, but I didn’t give it much thought. The next morning I wake up vomiting and feeling very dizzy. I can’t be sure it’s because of the KFC as I have also eaten other things that day, but it’s my best bet.

我在晚上 7 点左右吃东西，晚上 9 点左右胃开始疼痛。我认为它是饱腹感，但是在凌晨 12 点左右醒来，从那时起直到凌晨深夜都出现了爆炸性腹泻。我整天都经历过严重的脱水、发烧和恶心。只要喝一点水就会让我跑去洗手间。我什至不能把水留在里面。我从这个 Chipotle 吃的食物是一个鸡碗，里面装有糙米，黑豆，pico de gallo 和鳄梨调味酱。这对我来说是最糟糕的食物中毒经历之一。
