Had a steak soft taco with corn,cheese and lettuce around 11am Friday hadn’t had anything else but water the rest of the day. Saturday morning woke up around 7:30-8am with severe nausea and diarrhea. It went on every 30mins for the first 4-5 hours then the intervals… 更多

我昨晚 7 点左右吃了。我点了一个牛排碗，里面装有糙米、黑豆、莎莎酱、玉米、酸奶油、生菜和 guac，大约 30 分钟后开始生病。牛排煮得非常不足，我在第一次生病之后才意识到，我什至还没能吃完整碗然后把它扔掉。让我身体不适，我有可怕的胃痛和血腥的腹泻持续了几个小时。

昨天 10 月 18 日大约 3 点 45 分，我从 Bono's 购买了三种肉组合。我选择了火鸡、鸡肉和牛腩，玉米棒上放着玉米，Mac n Cheese 作为配菜。7 岁时我开始感觉恶心，在严重的胃痛之后不久，大约 8 点我开始呕吐，整个晚上持续了大约 9 个小时。
