2017 年 7 月 4 日星期二，我在 Chipotle 吃了一个鸡肉卷饼作为午餐。我正在回大学城的路上，那天晚上感觉不够好吃晚饭。我有腹泻，从晚上 11 点到凌晨 4 点呕吐。我吃了佳得乐和饼干 2 天还有恶心和腹泻。7 月 7 日星期五晚上，我吃了一些鸡汤然后把它扔了起来。7 月 8 日星期六早上，我去了贝勒斯科特和怀特医院的急诊室。诊断为胃肠炎。医生怀疑食物中毒。我脱水了，接受了静脉注射和药物治疗。我共同支付的医院账单是 796.33 美元。

I ordered their chicken tenders and within 12 hours started having diarrhea and nausea. I couldn't keep anything down but water and some crackers. 点了两个鸡肉三明治和薯条。注意到包子上有东西（如果他们提供的话看起来像凉拌卷心菜？我不喜欢它，所以我不注意）但是把它摘下来吃了。薯条也有点冷。在三个小时内我恶心但我能够入睡。自昨晚凌晨 2 点起就醒了，每当我吃饼干时都会反复出现胃痉挛和头痛，如果不是在毯子里，一直在燃烧，出汗和感冒。
