晚上 7 点左右我和男朋友一起进来。我点了韩国牛肉面。第二天，我在工作中感到非常恶心，感觉好像有人从两侧抓住我的肚子然后紧握在一起。大约下午 3 点，我下班回到他家按计划去看望妈妈。我感到非常疲倦和恶心，胃痉挛，要求躺下来快速睡一下。30 分钟后我醒来，身陷汗水坑里，发冷的寒战颤抖。他去为我买了 Powerade 和饼干，而我正在喝棕色的水，睡了 10 多个小时，除非我在睡觉，否则所有症状仍然存在。我醒来的那一刻，一切又开始了。第二天我去上班，感觉一周，直到下午 2 点，肚子都很虚弱。

几个小时后，我的女儿放学后带我的女儿去吃冷冻酸奶，我的小女儿正在呕吐，有腹泻、恶心和胃痛。她整晚都吐了，病了两天半。我的大女儿肚子生病了，第二天除了几个饼干外都避免进食。他们没有完全相同的酸奶/浇头。我最小的孩子必须服用抗恶心药，因为 8 小时后她甚至无法保持一茶匙的水。

昨晚我吃了一个带着鸡蛋的皇家罗宾汉堡。当时一切都还不错，但是几个小时后我开始头疼，所以我上床睡觉了，情况变得更糟了。无法入睡，因为我的胃受伤真的很糟糕，说抽筋（对不起 tmi）和腹泻，试图躺下但是又站起来扔了几次。一直在努力减少水分，也许还有一些饼干。

在 Applebee 餐厅吃饭 1 小时后，我丈夫开始呕吐、胃痉挛和虚弱。这是周日晚上，今天是星期二，仍然呕吐比汤、饼干、吐司、GatoraDeg2 和茶还重的东西。刚开始打电话给他的医生说这听起来像是食物中毒，因为之前没有疾病或者没有接触过病毒。作为糖尿病患者，这是我们需要报告的事情。

星期一晚上 6 点左右，我去了 chipotle。我很饿，因为我整天没什么可吃的，只有一些饼干。吃完饭后我立刻感到不安。我能够使用洗手间，但感觉仍然没有好转。我早上 6 点 30 分左右醒来时抽筋很糟糕。我变得恶心然后去洗手间。我有严重的腹泻，还有呕吐。我感觉非常虚弱，整天我开始全身疼痛。我今天吐了大约 6 次。我无法把水压下来。姜汁啤酒有所帮助，我只要小口一口就能保持下来。我在养老院工作，所以我下班待在家里，担心自己可能感染病毒。
