订购了烤鸡肉卷和柠檬泥，丈夫只有 44 号公路的水和额外的柠檬。我的症状是在我吃完饭大约一个小时后开始出现的，出现大量腹泻、恶心、出汗和发冷。一直持续到今天早上，差不多整整两天了。味道 “有点偏离” 的鸡不确定为什么，但我很着急，我以为它没有煮熟。生菜枯萎了，不知道它还有什么问题。不要为了上帝的爱而在那里吃饭，我再也不会吃快餐了，这太不值得了。

我每个月在某个 Taco Bell 吃几次，但这是我第一次生病。我是停车执法人员，也是学校过境警卫队。在 2019 年 5 月 3 日下午 1:30 左右轮班结束之前，我已经在塔可钟停了下来。你得到了我平常的，我可以披萨。我正要离开办公室去学校报告，然后突然有这波恶心袭击了我，头疼得很奇怪。那是下午 2 点 35 分，我必须在下午 3 点左右到学校。开车时我开始感觉到有东西正在过来，我能感觉自己生病了，但不知道为什么？我去了我的学校，接下来的 45 分钟似乎持续了 8 个小时。终于我上了车，在不到 15 分钟的时间里我就回到了家。走进我家不到 5 分钟，呕吐突然非常猛烈地开始。接下来的 12 个小时我花了弹丸呕吐和严重的胃痉挛。鸡肉丢失，汗水和低烧。我没法保持任何液体下来。2019 年 5 月 4 日星期六，今天早上 6 点左右，我终于能够喝点茶，整天都在喝水和淡茶。我一直无法吃东西，我尝试了一些吐司然后堵嘴，肚子里剩下的只是胆汁。我昨天在塔可钟之前吃的只是普通的吐司和茶，我平时。我不经常吃快餐。我有很多蔬菜，全麦面包和意大利面以及水果的饮食。我是 61 岁的女性，身高 5"8 和 137 磅，尺码为 6。我没有糖尿病，没有家中的血压，而且身体状况良好。因此，有了呕吐的猛烈攻击，这显然是塔可钟的食物，我现在永远不会选用 Taco Bell。那里的人总是很好，餐厅很干净，所以这对我来说非常令人惊讶，但是今天我听说还有其他几个人因在塔可钟吃饭而生病
