6 Boys ordered Beef Burger and Fries at 6pm on August 3 2019 and 3 hours later on a long flight back to London all were terrible sick with diarriah and now fever. I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin from this location and after about an hour I was in excruciating pain for almost two hours with intense diarrhea, vomiting, and severe stomach ache. I’ve been in bed all day. What a waste and I will NEVER AGAIN EAT FAST FOOD!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我去了。我在哪里订购了山核桃鸡肉苹果沙拉和培根奶酪土豆。
那是今天 7 月 19 日下午 6 点 40 分。
我得在下午 651 点之前去工作，在那里我吃了我的晚餐。
到 940 分，我的胃开始抽筋，晚上 10 点回家的时候我不得不上洗手间。我不得不背靠背使用它 3 到 4 次。我的老板一周前也有过同样的事情。我们俩都有沙拉，但我很幸运。
不过我知道一定是生菜。因为很多生菜一直在召回，而且很多人因此而中毒了沙门氏菌。
特别是快餐店。

I bought their special summer berry salad and a medium strawberry lemonade 3 days ago and ever since then have had diarrhea. I normally dont eat there, but eat plenty if fast food. Never going there again, even tho their lemonades are good.  | 症状: 腹泻

我很少去快餐连锁店。我通常也会吃健康的植物性食物。两天前，我决定违反规定，去这个地方买了土豆泥、Mac 和奶酪、一个饼干和一个辣鸡肉三明治。虽然食物很棒，但是那天晚上我开始出现严重的胃酸倒流症状。醒来 6 次呕吐。可悲的是我无法扔掉。我的胃和喉咙着火了。今天，当我写这篇文章时，我正在经历发烧的症状，喉咙痛，头痛和胃部不适，我甚至几乎无法摆脱低能量。我确信这个地方是罪魁祸首，因为我之前没有吃过任何与众不同的东西。我在家里洗净水果和蔬菜，这是以前吃过的。我认为从快餐中生病是不正常的。特别是当我订购的选择不是普通的时候。

有趣的是我并不是一个人去。我和我重要的其他人在一起，他和炸虾组合一起吃了薯条。而且他也病得很虚弱。我们整天都在家里因为我们无法运作。

通常，当我生病时，是由于食物中毒，我对处理不当的食物非常敏感。粗略的生意，我很沮丧和厌恶。再也不会了。
