A sandwich. The bread was soaked in grease and or garlic butter(probably was old and left out near other ingredients). To where it was completely mushy. I didnt notice untill about 2 or 3 bites in.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Garlic hummus, Husband ate the hummus on pita bread about 8 pm on Nov 18th. He got nauseous first, then started vomiting around 1 am. The vomiting and diarrhea lasted all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在烤肉屋或 casa de Kebab（餐厅有两个名字）吃过我的菜是烤肉沙拉三明治，后来我问了带有浓蒜酱的炸薯条。我可以看出消息来源出了点问题。从吃完饭后不到 1,5 小时我开始感到不适。我立刻感到非常强烈的胃痛，以至于我无法走路。第二天呕吐，温度为 38,6 度，第二天来了腹泻，我已经有 3 天没离开家了，感觉完全精疲力尽，无法做更多的事情然后睡觉或因疼痛而哭出来。

Garlic burger, I was the only one who ate the garlic burger. After @ 2 2/2 hrs ... broke out in itching whelps... mainly torso...feet itch, too! after another 2 hrs... ( after stripping -down and cooling down) I was fine. I could feel the hot/ stinging/itching… 更多
