6 月 8 日星期六午餐时间我吃了烤大蒜和蓝纹奶酪汉堡，不久之后开始感到不安和臃肿。症状恶化了，最后我呕吐了大约十几次，还有腹泻。可以肯定那是蓝纹奶酪，因为我派对中的其他人都没问题。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 腹胀

根据他们的短信消息，我们 4 个人在下午 3 点 51 分在线订购了 2 个平底锅披萨后，在下午 4 点 5 分发货，并在 2019 年 6 月 8 日星期六下午 415 点之后不久交付，20 小时前下午 353 点接到电话验证订单

20 小时后还生病, 我们所有 4 个人我的父亲, 我的女儿, 她的朋友和我自己都吃了两者的碎片，但吃得最多的是大锅披萨肉丸和意大利辣香肠和大蒜调味料.
