我订购了一只装培根芋头面包的波兰狗，里面有大蒜墨西哥胡椒柠檬酱、椰子酱、lilikoi 芥末酱和番石榴酱。我喝了菠萝柠檬水。我的症状从第二天早上开始，也就是服用9小时后。我有腹泻、发冷、出汗、呕吐和发烧。我丈夫和儿子只有腹泻。

2018 年 7 月 21 日（星期六），我订购了中等大蒜巴马干酪白酱披萨，配意大利香肠和菠菜。我在下午 4 点 45 分左右收到了。我吃了 5 片这个披萨。大约 20-30 分钟后，我开始出现严重的胃痉挛并呕吐了我吃的所有东西。我一直在经历：呕吐、腹泻、冷汗、发冷、恶心、胃痉挛、疲劳和感觉极度虚弱。我现在已经在第二天了，但我仍然感觉不对。现在是星期天，我想等到星期一去看医生。

My boyfriend and I had the 25 boneless deal. We had bbq, garlic parmesan and original hot and we both had ranch. We ate the wings about 8pm and I felt the symptoms by 5am in the morning. My brother felt is a little later after that.
