我昨天买了 Chipotle —— 沙拉配白米饭、pintos、鸡肉、绿莎莎、酸奶油、没有调味料和鳄梨调味酱的薯条。我在下午 6 点半左右吃完了。整晚都没吃其他东西。凌晨 5 点 45 分醒来恶心然后呕吐。断断续续的恶心和胃痉挛直到早上 7 点我再次呕吐。早上 8 点左右我又呕吐了腹泻。上午 8 点 45 分又是腹泻。这使我想到了现在，但我敢肯定还没有结束。
