I had the chicken burrito bowl with brown rice black beans corn tomatoes lettuce and a side of guacamole. I only ate half. Nausea started about 4 hours after eating and vomiting started 6 hours after eating.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

我订购的牛排炸玉米饼只吃了 2 个，几个小时后吃了一面鳄梨调味酱，病得很重，发烧，发冷。呕吐、腹泻和胃痉挛..我整天只吃了 chipotle 所以没有其他可能的原因  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 寒战
