2018 年 3 月 17 日上午 11:03当我到达时，食物看起来与我所见过的大不相同。都很粘, 聚在一起看起来已经有一天了.当我质疑它时，一个女人转过身来装满了几杯水，然后把水倒在大米和豆子里，试图放松它们。这些容器几乎没有任何食物选择，但生菜和一些食物。我订购了两个素食碗和两个鸡肉碗。出于我的不便，他们把一个素食碗拼成一个素食碗，然后扔了 barbacoa 肉。当我回到家时，我把所有东西都放进去了。下午 6 点 30 分左右吃了我的碗然后它们刚刚关闭，把味道不好的肉扔掉了。在锅里用少量水加热它，但所有东西仍然聚集在一起。我和鳄梨调味酱一起吃了。大约 6 个小时后，我醒来时感到抽筋、气体、腰痛、头痛和恶心。再睡好几个小时了。终于睡着了几个小时起床仍然抽筋，在我的肚子里燃烧，最后便便很松散。头痛和恶心但没有呕吐。我儿子晚上晚些时候起床时修好了碗，告诉我他把碗扔出去了，食物看起来很奇怪。直到后来他才知道我的磨难。他没吃，只是一勺而且看起来还不错。

白米饭，黑豆，fajitas，queso，温和的莎莎酱，奶酪，酸奶油，鸡肉，鳄梨调味酱，薯条。昨天吃了 Chipotle 大约一个小时后，我感到头晕和恶心，认为这是另一种让我感到痛苦的东西。今天我醒来很好，但是我吃了昨天的剩菜吃了午饭，吃完食物大约一个小时后，我感觉比昨天还差。我相信那是 chipotle。如果我开始呕吐或腹泻恶化，我会去看医生。我今天大部分时间都因为恶心和胃痉挛而躺在床上。
