Half way point of road trip. Decided to stop into this dive for a bite to eat. Bad choice. The flys were terrible, EVERYWHERE! That should of made me walk out faster than I walked in. Ordered the loaded Italian sub. Had the runs the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate a spicy Italian panini from Starbucks in Springfield, Massachusetts. I ate most of the sandwich then noticed an odd flavor covered by the spicy peppers. Opened it up and the salami was GREY. No need for explication as to why I've been in the bathroom all night...  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我和我丈夫总是来这里，很棒的人和服务。我吃了黑森林火腿、意大利香草和奶酪。浇头：生菜、西红柿、菠菜、黄瓜、泡菜、蛋黄酱和芥末酱。还有一个精灵，当我们开始吃东西的时候，所有东西都很棒，直到我喝了精灵。味道发霉了，我决定在 2 小时后把它甩掉。我感觉太可怕了！胃痛、恶心和持续的洗手间停止。如果情况变得更糟我得去看医生。

Ate a footlong sweet onion chicken teriyaki on Italian herb and cheese bread with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, and sweet onion sauce. Began feeling ill about a half an hour afterwards and has continued to get worse over the past 6 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

2 sandwiches, one turkey and one spicy Italian. Both had lettuce, bell peppers, olives on them. My son got projectile vomiting about 5 hours after eating and I got sick with nausea and vomiting about 6.5 hours later. waiting to see if it gets worse before deciding on going to the doctor  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
