18 年 8 月 11 日星期六中午，我和一位朋友在餐厅吃过饭。我们俩都吃了自助餐。我从沙拉吧吃了沙拉（生菜、奶酪、洋葱、西兰花、油煎面包块、煮鸡蛋和法式调味料），还有烤牛肉、土豆泥和肉汁，我们有巧克力花生酱派作为甜点。昨晚深夜，我开始经常腹泻。到今天早上，我每 15 分钟去洗手间一次，胃痛严重，感觉潮红。我也觉得恶心，但还没呕吐。我的朋友今天早上告诉我，她也出现了一些相同的症状，但没有那么严重。

Shared shrimp appetizer. Husband had Chilean Bass, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes. I had Haddock, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Both tasted each other’s fish. Dinner at 10pm.... husband now vomiting. I have horrible upset stomach and headache.

我们大约在晚上 10 点 26 分到达，他们没有我们想要的食物，所以我们等了 30 多分钟，我们订购了 L2 和 L6。没能只吃那些安静的小狗，但我们确实点了土豆泥、Mac 和奶酪。我开车回家去纽约时吃了一点，凌晨 1 点有工作。大约 4 点左右，当我躺在床上回家时，我真的很头晕和恶心，以为我可以睡觉了 6 点半醒来然后去洗手间。我在 p** ping 时吐了。头晕而且脱水了。给我的好朋友发了短信，她也脱水了，不得不去洗手间。我唯一扔的就是我吃的食物自从我开车以来已经不多了，但同样让我搞砸了。我的工作没有生病时间，我不得不打电话给我，所以我错过了包括税在内的大约 125 美元。
