1 月 6 日星期六下午 2 点左右，我在从管弦乐队回家的路上停下来，在全麦大饼上拿了一个萨拉米香肠三明治，里面有胡椒粉奶酪、黄瓜、洋葱、青椒、香蕉辣椒、墨西哥胡椒和生菜。很好，剩下的时间我继续了。
那天晚上晚些时候从 MOA 回家后，我开始呕吐，每隔 5 到 10 分钟继续呕吐大约一个半小时，直到我开始以较短的时间间隔呕血并且以大约相同的时间间隔出血腹泻。我当时冰冷和颤抖 —— 没有发烧 —— 我的胳膊和腿都有极度的头晕和头晕。当医护人员到达时，我的血压很低，而且我有心动过速。他们给了我最大剂量的抗恶心药物，当我到达医院时，我开始呕吐，两者都有腹泻和血液。继续接受液体后，我的血压变得更加正常，他们下令对我的腹部进行 CT 扫描，显示我的肠和肠部发炎，这是出血的起源。医生在开了抗恶心药物和抗生素后，于凌晨 5 点 30 分出院。第二天我继续有流血性腹泻，整天只吃了几块香蕉，大约半个佳得乐可以喝。
从我看到的其他报道来看，生菜很可能是罪魁祸首。这需要得到处理。

2017 年 12 月 30 日下午 4 点左右去了那里。我订购了鸡胸肉三明治和做得很好的洋葱圈。不加糖的冰茶。配偶订购了汉堡三明治、薯条和冰茶。到 12 月 31 日晚上 8 点 10 分左右，我开始感觉非常糟糕。晚上 8 点 13 分之前剧烈呕吐和腹泻。这种情况一直持续到 1/2/18。抽筋、疲劳、虚弱、头痛和疼痛使我虚弱，从 18 年 2 月 1 日星期二到 18 年 5 月 1 日星期五我无法工作。我所能做的就是躺下。在 2017 年 12 月 31 日晚上 8 点 40 分到 1 月 18 日下午… 更多

Had dinner in the bar area last night 1/4/18. We ordered a mushroom burger, peppercorn burger, half stack of onion tower and an order of boneless buffalo wings. My husband and I woke up sick today with fever, vomiting and diarrhea. Sucks caring for a baby while you have food poisoning I'm pissed!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

在 Panera 吃法式洋葱汤和火鸡三明治（加生菜）后 2 小时。我有恶心、呕吐、腹泻、发冷、虚弱，食欲不振了 4 天。我的腹泻和虚弱持续存在。我听说有几位 Panera 客户报告说有吃火鸡和沙拉的李斯特菌病例。我要和我的医生预约。

i ate a cheeseburger w/ grilled onion no tomato & animal fries @ like 1:00 pm sun 12/31/17
my stomach began hurting maybe an hour or so later so i took a nap to sleep it off my stomach was hurting severely then i threw up @ 8:00pm & i didn’t eat anything else after i ate the in-n-out earlier  | 症状: 呕吐
