1/18/17 @1pm 午餐-一杯法国洋葱汤和 1/2 富士苹果鸡肉沙拉。此后没有食用任何其他食物。下午 5 点，胃酸和胃灼热。上午 12 点，中段严重刺痛和恶心。15 分钟后胃流感症状，其次是身体痉挛、疲惫、头痛、脱水和整体 “奇怪感觉”。
