I had the wedge salad and french onion soup. About 2 hours later I was vomitting for nearly 12 hours. I coukd tell the food was off but I ate it anyway. I kow that's what it was and I never eat there again. It was the worst experience ever!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had fries and celery sticks with ranch also nibbles of my husbands onion rings! All I drank was lemon water. I always get honey bbq wings but at this location my stomach feels weird after only this time it took it to the worst I started… 更多

晚上 7 点左右开车去吃饭了-双重弥天大谎，薯条，洋葱圈和可乐。直到今天早上 6 点半左右才生病。
我有很多水样腹泻，已经呕吐了大约六次。我今天早上喝了些水，但也无法保持下来。
我肯定在考虑进行 ER 访问。我变得非常虚弱，觉得去洗手间的时候好像昏倒了。

在下午 2 点 30 分左右吃了鸡肉沙拉 1/12/17。下午 3 点 30 分左右，我开始感到恶心和胃部不适。30 分钟后，我把所有的沙拉、鸡肉和鳄梨调味酱都吐出来了。我吃了好 3-4 次，直到我没有更多的食物可以扔掉。剩下的时间里我头疼肚子疼。

对于 Chiptotle 管理：于 2017 年 1 月 12 日下午 2 点左右订购。我点了一个鸡肉沙拉，里面有糙米、黑豆、温和热的莎莎酱、玉米和鳄梨调味酱。可能是莎莎里的洋葱？还是那个豆子？我无法确定它。我把它吃了一半然后停了下来。不管是什么，这让我真的很恶心。

Around 9:30pm ordered a high rise crust with red sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, red onion, black olives and fresh basil. I had about 3 slices left over. I came home and around 1am I started getting diarrhea and vomited a few times. I will never order from that Blaze pizza again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I took my usual lunch break at 11am. I ordered a Rodeo Burger and small onion ring. That was two days ago. I STILL have diarrhea. Like, wake up in the middle of the night to run to the toilet diarrhea. NEVER eating at Burger King again.  | 症状: 腹泻
