我拿到了豆腐碗-糙米，黑豆，豆腐，热/温和的莎莎酱，生菜，玉米-我在床上睡了将近一个星期，肚子肿了，几乎不能消耗液体。我感到虚弱和恶心。直到 5-6 天我才能食用任何固体食物。我联系到餐厅，被告知要去网上举报，基本上已经收到了拨号音。

Ate a burrito bowl: brown rice, pinto beans, veggies, corn salsa, cheese and lettuce. Got a tortilla on the side. Symptoms started around 9pm after eating at around 12pm. Couldn't sleep well and woke at 5:39am to puke after drinking some water.  | 症状: 呕吐

我在下午 4 点左右吃了墨西哥辣椒，然后决定小睡一会。当我醒来的时候我头疼，心情不好。通常我很少生病。但是我一直以 2 小时为间隔醒来才能使用洗手间。我的肚子感到微妙的不高兴是那不会消失。每次我醒来时，我都决定喝点精灵。坐在马桶里喝了我的精灵之后，我随机出现了爆炸性呕吐，像地狱一样疼。我在投射明显的大米和其他来自墨西哥辣椒的食材。那天我唯一拥有的其他东西，也就是几个小时之前，我每天都吃的是酸奶和格兰诺拉麦片棒。我作为一系列呕吐所经历的痛苦几乎是无法忍受的。我以前从来没有这样扔过。
