On 6/5/16 @ 4:30 I ordered and ate 3 chicken tacos hard shell w/ white rice, veggies, cheese, sour cream & hot salsa around 745 I began to violently vomit, and couldn't keep anything down or in. This continued through the night until I went to the ER at 7am 6/6/16  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

2016 年 6 月 5 日晚上 10 点左右去了这个塔可钟。之前感觉很好，点了两个没有奶酪的豆卷饼和墨西哥大米，然后加入辣酱。吃完后几分钟之内，我变得非常恶心，几乎无法开车回家。回到家后，我很虚弱，没有精力，然后直接睡觉（凌晨 1 点）。凌晨 3 点 30 分左右醒来时我的胃部发冷和最严重的疼痛，我不得不反复 mo 吟和四处走动，以分散自己的注意力从剧烈的疼痛中分散注意力。现在是早上 7 点 11 分，痛苦没有以任何方式停止。我感觉太糟糕了，我再也不会吃 TACO BELL 了。？？
