Very ill after eating a vegan sausage roll, it was not clear that these are made with Quorn which I am severely allergic to. They should make this clearer in stores, many people are allergic to Quorn and the side effects can last for days.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

19 年 4 月 24 日星期三，我参加了在阿尔伯克基会议中心举行的 Head 2 Toe 会议，吃了中心提供的每顿饭。这包括：
1) 自助早餐（8:45）中的以下物品：带绿色辣椒的鸡蛋、哈希布朗和深棕色松饼。
2）午餐（中午12点）：开胃菜沙拉和一个绿辣椒面包卷；主菜：烤牛肉配土豆泥和芦笋。
3）甜点（下午 1 点）：冰淇淋三明治。
4）一种零食选择（下午 3 点）：2 个墨西哥玉米饼楔子和莎莎酱。

那天晚上 9 点 30 分，我经历了突然发作的腹泻和恶心。半小时后的晚上 10 点，我开始呕吐。我还发烧和发冷。那天晚上 3 点，恶心消退了。在接下来的几天里，我感到疲劳，导致工作效率下降。

我的一位同事在阿尔伯克基会议中心参加本次会议的同一天也经历了食物中毒；她吃了我上面列出的所有相同食物。

我非常担心，因为会议的餐饮服务是由阿尔伯克基市所有的阿尔伯克基会议中心安排的。

I’m not sure what caused it. Possibly a vegan sausage roll from Greggs. It tasted as though it had been in the display case for a long time, Just me. I ate the sausage roll at about noon on Tuesday. Symptoms started the following morning and lasted about 24 hours. I’m still recovering  | 症状: 呕吐

18 日星期五，我女儿吃了塔可钟吃午饭。那天我没吃塔可铃。她有 2 个豆卷饼，没有洋葱，没有酱，还有 2 个奶酪卷。30 分钟后，她吃了午饭后，她开始感到恶心，头晕目眩，头疼。，只有我的女儿吃了塔可钟，所以只有她生病了。出现症状几个小时后她在浴室地板上生病了。然后她打电话给我，我发现她在地板上，她在地板上呕吐了一天的食物。

I ordered 3 rolls for lunch on Monday 4/15 at 1:30pm - an avocado roll, spicy tuna roll and salmon roll. I thought the tuna and salmon tasted a little weird but overall it was fine. I left a few pieces of each and threw them away.… 更多

3 hours after eating walnut shrimp, fried rice, and an egg roll..(had not ate anything before that for several hours)....I got sudden nausea, and diarrhea.. Just me I was the only one that had this entree. 3 hours  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
