我和我女儿在 2100 年南方的 IHOP 吃饭。我点了减肥百事可乐，还有火鸡晚餐和鸡肉面条汤。当我到达用餐时我感觉还不错。食物味道还可以，但是在鸡汤的一部分时间里，我食欲不振。我把大部分的火鸡晚餐都带回家了，但还没吃过。我开始感到恶心并开始呕吐，我已经呕吐了大约六次，由于胃痛和头痛而无法入睡。

I have purchase 2 bowls of the Clam chowder soup on 8/22/17 around 3:00 pm. I went home and took about 2 spoonful of the soup and felt a burning sensation in my throat and felt nausea most of the night.  | 症状: 恶心

I ate at the Hampton Bays Panera. Had the pick 2 of mac and cheese and broccoli cheddar soup. About 30 mins to 45 mins later I had diarrhea and had to run to the bathroom where I stayed for about an hour. Never eating here again.  | 症状: 腹泻
