天啊...，甚至不知道从哪里开始。我是一个真实的人，不是机器人。现在是凌晨 4 点。我今晚正在服用第二粒抗腹泻药。大约 6 点钟在 Chipotle 买了一个牛排碗。除了早上两块面包加果酱和一杯咖啡之外，我今天唯一吃的东西。我要停止在 Chipotle 吃东西了。喜欢他们的牛排碗，但随之而来的痛苦是不值得的。这不是第一次发生这种情况。差不多每次我吃牛排碗时它都会掉下来。我试着把事情混在一起。做不同的组合。没关系。我在那里没放任何辣的东西。很简单，斑豆，牛排，玉米，生菜。偶尔会有奶酪。甚至用酸奶油停了下来。无论组合是什么，通常都会出现抽筋和胃痛以及踢脚。腹泻。我想问史蒂夫·埃尔斯以下问题：“为什么在我吃了 Chipotle 牛排碗或墨西哥卷饼之后总是会发生这种情况？”起初我以为我是唯一的一个，但是现在，在花了一段时间在网上发现这是很多人的问题之后，这似乎是一种流行病？我不是科学家或医生，所以我无法确定这一点。但是，有太多人经历过同样的事情。换食材之类的东西，该死的。你有人们喜欢的食物为什么不制作这样人们就不必在吃完之后受苦。

好吧，就是这样。不知道还能在这里说什么或放些什么。除了经历这种情况变得更加恶化之外。之后的腹泻和抽筋简直太惨了。

昨天我订购了 3 个纯素墨西哥卷饼：1 个七层墨西哥卷饼，去掉了奶酪和酸奶油，还有 2 个没有奶酪、酸奶油或鳄梨牧场酱的素食主义者菜单墨西哥卷饼。我以为力量墨西哥卷饼的味道有点不同，但我尽量不要想太多。在 30 分钟之内我得了腹泻如此紧急，我不得不在英格尔斯停下来哈哈，然后当我回到家时再来一次。今天我一直头疼得很厉害（对我来说非常罕见）和严重的恶心和胃痉挛，至少要去洗手间十次腹泻。今天下班回家时，我呕吐了几次，从那以后多次去洗手间。我通常很喜欢 Taco Bell 但我不会再在那里吃饭了

I had the food around 6 pm. Felt neaseous and stomach ache around 10pm-2am and could sleep. Then had massive diarrhea followed by puking around… 更多
