我儿子吃了平托豆（仅此而已），我丈夫吃了墨西哥卷饼（牛排、奶酪、pintos、热莎莎、奶酪、生菜），还有炸玉米饼（面粉玉米饼、肉饼、奶酪、pintos、辣酱）生菜。我们都有严重的抽筋，我和我丈夫有腹泻和 “着火” 的紧急排便。就像热辣的莎莎没消化一样-很痛苦！！！！我儿子整天都在恶心。

5 月 10 日下午 3 点 45 分左右，我停下来到 Chipotle，抓住了 3 玉米饼软面粉玉米饼。我只订购了肉类和奶酪。1 只鸡，1 只巴巴科阿，1 牛排。

在下午 6:30 左右，我开始感到恶心，开始呼吸更重。几分钟过去，什么感觉像一个不安的胃变成了我摇篮的床和摇摆自己来回舒适。我试着去洗手间无济于事值得注意的是，我也有一个心脏病，影响我的血压，使我容易流出。随着恶心的增加，我抓住了一个凉爽的抹布在我自己身上，现在剥下来给我的拳击手。这是很难呼吸，我真的很害怕，因为当时我独自一人。我设法有一点腹泻大约 10 分钟后，但感觉没有真正的缓解。在这一点上，我越来越弱，从我的症状脱水，我站起来，冲着喝点东西，我慢慢地倒在地上，我的胳膊和手变得麻木。我打电话给 911，并进行过度呕吐，而在线。帮助来赶我去共济会医院在那里他们治疗我食物中毒我开始过度呕吐约 5 次，并有更多的旅行到浴室。我得到了 3 袋液体和药物，以缓解恶心。不幸的是，症状非常糟糕，我直到凌晨三点半才离开。进行的一天更是相同的，那天晚上散发着第一集的类似迹象。当我在 5 月 12 日星期日写这篇文章时，我仍在对抗一些腹泻，恶心和疼痛。
