和我妻子一起去了 hibachi。我有牛排和虾她有鸡肉。我们俩都吃了汤，但只有我吃了带蛋黄酱的沙拉。

大约 3 个小时后，我开始感到痉挛和虚弱，随后很快就有呕吐的冲动。现在大约 36 个小时后我已经变得抽筋和出汗了。

我过去几次在这家餐厅吃过饭（在他们的旧地点），这是我第一次遇到这个问题。

The Steak Fajitas at Fresco's Mexican Cocina, Our family, the 4 of us, ordered 2 fajitas for 2 with Steak. They tasted as good as they always do. 3 out of the 4 of us got sick. The symptoms started about 8 hours after consuming the food for both of us. Went from diarrhea to vomiting really quick.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I ate at a bowl with brown rice black beans steak quac lettuce and tortilla chips from Qdoba at around 5:00 PM 3/8/19 and threw up at 11:30 till 3:30 about 15x and threw up 2x in the morning following having diarrhea 3x..... extremely furious!!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
