2018 年 2 月 16 日星期五。有一个装有酸奶油、奶酪和玉米的鸡肉碗。2018 年 2 月 18 日星期日开始出现症状。向 Chipotle 报告了症状。

我一生中从来没有被这种食物中毒过。剧烈呕吐、完全是水的腹泻、剧烈的恶心、不安、发冷、发烧。Fu** ing 太糟糕了。我再也不会在这家连锁店吃东西了。他们显然在食物卫生方面存在严重的问题。我不明白他们怎么能逃脱一些食物中毒

I had a burrito bowl with black beans, brown rice, chicken, barbecoa, all of the salsas, corn, lettuce , sour cream. I also had guacamole and chips. Next day I couldn't stop vomitting and had the worst diarrhea and mild fever  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
