Ate a Kirkland hot dog and Pepperoni slice from the food court. Drank a diet Pepsi. Added ketchup, mustard, and relish to the hot dog. Gurgling sounds began 2 hours after consumption; diarrhea 3 hours post-consumption. Aggravation of symptoms the day after (today.)
