buffet, I had a slice of the primavera pizza, a Mac and cheese bite, the beets salad, and a fresh ginger beer juice. 30 minutes later I had urgent diarrhea and cramps.

Burger from PLNT Food there I bought the mushroom steak burger and crispy fries. As soon as I started to eat it, I became Nauseous. After I continued to eat the steak burger, I had to throw up.

On Saturday afternoon, September 15, 2018, after 4:00 pm, I purchased a half pound each of the Chicken Pasta Salad and the Deli Pasta Salad, a few pieces of the grilled chicken and the chicken combination with tomatoes, onions and olives and various items from the salad
bar. I also bought a sliced loaf of Large Rustic IH Bread. This was my very first purchase of this bread.
I actually ordered the pasta salads from over the counter because I felt that they would be fresher.
Boy, was I wrong. When I arrived home, I immediately placed all the perishables into the refrigerator except the bread because I had to put other items away from my various shopping trips.
About 45 minutes to an hour later, I prepared my food which included two small slices of the rustic bread and sat down to eat. Initially, the food tasted okay, but I noticed that the grilled chicken was very dry and had an "odd" taste. I get this chicken quite often and it tasted "off" from its usual flavor.
Since the chicken tasted funny to me, I only ate two small pieces and tossed out the salad. I had put scoops of the two chicken salads on the corners of my pasta and tossed those as well because the overall taste of the whole thing was below the standards of the food I customarily purchase from Whole Foods.
Less than an hour or so later, I began to feel bubbling in my stomach, then followed by a gaseous cramping and nausea. I was praying that I would not have to vomit because, to me, that is the worst thing in the world right up there with diarrhea.
Fortunately, I did not have to vomit but I had yellowish/greenish explosive diarrhea that came on so acutely I had to literally RUN to the bathroom and sat in there for almost an hour!!
I am sure that my diarrhea resulted from the food I purchased from Whole Foods Market because that is the only food I had all day!!
I was horrified and incredulous that I got sick from something I ate from this store because I have purchased salad, prepared foods, breads, cookies and cakes for years from this location.
However, I have noticed that the food does not look as "appetizing" or fresh on the various bars as it used to and the professional standards have eroded a little over the years.
I encourage local and corporate management to evaluate the food safety and quality of the food at this location and I strongly recommend a visit from the City of Alexandria Health Department to ensure that this store is following CDC/universal food safety standards to include proper handwashing, food preparation and storage procedures!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps

Yesterday I got several food for the week at Whole Foods market but when I got home I only had the guac and chips around 4pm. By 9pm the diarrhea and nausea started reaching it’s peak at 3am in the morning. I have lost count of how
many times I already went to the bathroom. That was the only food I had yesterday so I am pretty sure this is what caused me to get sick.

I went to whole foods and picked up some general Tao chicken with rice because its usually quite tasty. When I took a bite into the chicken I noticed it was cold so I put it in the microwave to heat it up and then I ate
it between 6 and 7pm and started to feel naseaus around 9/10 pm. I started out with diarrhea and couldn't get to sleep that night and I threw up around 4/5 in the morning the following day. I then proceed to sip some water and threw up again around 6am the next day. I had bad internal cramping and felt weak and dehydrated and I also continued to have diarrhea that day.

I was fine all day 31.03.2024. In the evening I ate a McDonald's menu from the shop on Streesemannstraße in Bremerhaven. Then I woke up at night and had to vomit. Diarrhea was added. Then again and again. About half an hour until the afternoon of 01.04.

Went to Hurtado BBQ. Got the pulled pork, brisket, beans, Mac and cheese, and corn bread. About 7 hours later got intense stomach pains and diarrhea set in. Every hour or so another wave would come. Lasted about 12 hours. Also went with 2 other people that

Friday, April 12th, at around 10am I ordered a bacon egg and Gouda sandwich as well as a caramel ribbon drink. By around 3-4pm, I started feeling unwell. At 5 pm I vomited for the first time. Around every half hour after that I was vomiting still, until around 10am today, April 13th.

I bought some grass fed patties, beef patties from Aldi's located in Fredericksburg, VA. And so the first patties I ate, I basically got sick within an hour after eating them and I actually was bleeding from my rear end. And so I didn't know what it
was. So I just assumed, you know, I didn't know it was the beef patties until I just opened a second pack about an hour and a half ago. And I am nauseous again and I feel like I want to throw up. So I'm almost positive there's a beef patties. They're not. They're the ones that are already formed in the beef patties. I do have two left. I tried to call all these, but you can't call their phone and because it said a recording, that's how we save money. We don't have phones in the store, but I am going to go in there tomorrow and tell the manager. But Oh yeah, I just realized it's got to be that because that's the only thing I eat and I feel really nauseous right now. And I already feel like I'm going to have diarrhea right now. My stomach is rumbling. Thank you.
