I had pasta with tomato sauce and meatballs. I started having awful stomach pains and gas. I went to bed and woke up at 6 am in extreme pain. I then had diarrhea and gas. It lasted an extricating hour.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Gas
