I ordered a bowl of half and half with the coconut walnut shrimp last night. All day I have been sick in bed and vomiting everything I attempt to eat and drink (which has only been water). I feel weak extremely nauseated even after 24 hours of eating the food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

Spicy Italian sub - honey wheat swiss pepperoni salami bacon - lettuce tomato purple onion and avocado. Salt and pepper. 8 hours later woke up to stomachaches and heavy heart burn. Went to bathroom vomiting and heavy watery diarrhea. Symptoms lasted all day. Also had headaches and weakness  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Weakness

Last night was my first time eating here. I picked up food to-go and my stomach has been upset. The restaurant was not clean and there was an odd smell when I walked in. I decided to take a chance and eat the food I purchased.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ate there Sunday evening and had the Chipotle Chicken Avocado flat bread. The chicken appeared to have a strange taste and was somewhat dark red/pink on some pieces, but continued to eat the rest after those pieces were removed.

My son and wife just ate here and my son is violently sick with terrible stabbing like pains in his stomach ... terribly painful and will take him into the hospital... be careful her till this is resolved  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
