picked up food for me and my dog while staying in nearby hotel. Within two hours nausea set in. Then vomit and diarrhea. My dog ate the meatballs and he also is sick with diarrhea!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate 2 chicken breasts and mashed potatoes around 5:30. By 7:30 I was vomiting with violent stomach cramps. I was sweating profusely and couldn’t get up off the bathroom floor in between vomiting episodes.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
