I got a burrito bowl Tuesday night with white rice, black beans, fajitas and chicken. As well as chips and guac. I woke up Wednesday morning and my stomach was in a huge knot. I had had yellow diarrhea all day long and couldn't eat anything. Super nauseous all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Went about 9:30 am in the morning and purchase those 2 items, my son has mild diarrhea, but im am very sick fever, chills, bone pain, stomach and back pain, really bad diarrhea, dizzy.
