Got some of their spicy chicken wings at like 1 AM. I hadn't eaten since around lunch time during the previous day.

Went to sleep and woke up with nausea. A day later and I've been constantly bedridden and throwing up constantly. Never buying any food from 7-11 again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a chicken salad hoggie with banana peppers and pickles. I’ve been on my bathroom floor for hours. Violently ill with stomach cramps and throwing up an hour after I ate ata wawa.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
