I ordered there, steak burrito on 11/14/2021, it included brown rice, black beans, veggies, mild salsa, green salsa, and lettuce. I got severe abdominal pain and diarrhea by that night. Ended up in the hospital.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other
