Ate the burrito with white rice and pork (carnitas) on 4/22/16 at 7pm. The symptoms started at 5am this morning (4/23/16). Woke up with abdominal cramping and some nausea. Then severe diarrhea set in for the next 3 hours. (My husband ate the salad with chicken and has no symptoms.)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Got burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, double steak, veggies, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, guac, cheese, and lettuce. Was on February 24 at around 8pm. Ironically I was using my free chipotle code they gave out because of the E. coli outbreaks...  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
