Yesterday Ruffles sour cream and onion chips My spouse and I ate different meals for dinner and we both snacked on these chips and had horrible diarrhea and cramps. My spouse ate more chips the next day and experienced the same diarrhea and cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

When my husband and I purchase milk from Walmart... we both end up very sick with diarrhea, stomach pain, vomiting. I assumed I was becoming lactose intolerant.
