Smoothie King, Blueberry Heaven shake., I got he shake, drank half of it. Started to feel sick within a few minutes. Nausea got real bad till I vomited. Vomited again a few minutes later. Feel so sick., Only me. Symptoms within a few minutes. Nusea, headache, vomiting. Feel feverish.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache

Me: Manhattan seafood soup, French Dip, chips
Husband: Seafood Platter, baked potato, salad
15 minutes after returning home we both came down with sever diarrhea at nearly the same time. Mine lasted about 5 hours, I am mostly okay today. His continues into today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Barbacoa burrito bowl, brown rice, both beans, mild and hot salsa, sour cream, cheese and corn. No lettuce. Didn’t even finish the bowl only ate half. An hour later I was so sick. Finally fell asleep and woke up extremely ill an hour later. Didn’t feel better til the morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate around 6:30pm, ordered a steak burrito with brown rice, cheese and hot sauce. Stomach pains began around 11pm, diarrhea began at 3am, continued all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
