Order a bowl with brown rice, half pinto and half black bean, sofritas, lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo, chips and medium salsa. Stomach cramps about an hour and a half later. Then diarrhea, chills and more cramps. Began on 1/2/2018 and has continued until today (2 days later).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Chills

Late in the evening I ate a cheeseburger here and by the morning I was so nauseous and had extreme stomach pain. Then I spent all day throwing up, had a fever by the evening and if it couldn’t have gotten worse got diarrhea by the end of the day .I though I was going to die  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
