I got stomach cramps and diarrhea and Nausea a few hours after eating. At the time I attributed it to something else. I happened a few more times during the week and I did not connect the dots until my daughter had some and got the same symptoms. I consumed 3-4 bowls of Lucky Charms over a few weeks, before I eliminated milk and other foods & realized that the cereal was the cause of my issues.
