I had the Westerner plate, fried pickles, and coleslaw for lunch on June 05 and within 3 hours I had bad Diarrhea. As the day progressed I began to feel nauseous and mild fever conditions.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

ate on 6/04/19 around 7-8pm on board, flew in from guadalajara to seattle on flight #896 Volaris. ate a chicken sandwich and within an hour began having severe gastric cramping, nausea and diarrhea, traveling solo therefore just self  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas, Cramps

Ordered a tall mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino. Had only a small bowl of cereal a few hours earlier. Got violently ill within 20 minutes of drinking. I love eating here, just a couple days ago I came in and ordered teriyaki. I felt fine, no symptoms of any virus, after eating the teriyaki at 9PM however, I couldn’t sleep until 2AM but I threw up a ton, and since then symptoms of food poisoning/ Stomache flu persisted.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
