Silk milk oat and life cereal. Not sure which one but I felt sick after my bowl last night, sleep ok, but threw up in the morning. I got extremely ill from a bowl of lettuce, rice, pico de gallo, and chicken. My daughter had a bowl with the same ingredients and no chicken so I definitely think it was the chicken that made me sick.
