I ate an RX bar blueberry then immediately got sick thought it was from something else, however a week later i ate the chocolate one and same exact thing, stomach pain chills náusea and diarrhea. The only food in common with 3 of our family members was chocolate glazed donuts with sprinkles from our local dunkin. A fourth family member has had no issues, but did not eat the donuts. Feb 12th Egg Pesto breakfast sandwich caused severe food poisoning after 6 hours, being all I ate that day. That, or a white chocolate mocha with oat milk. 9th February Evening (approx 1920 local time) Daughter ordered chicken nuggets with chips, Fanta and pancakes with chocolate sauce and cream.
