My youngest daughter had McDonald's DoorDash to her from a friend. She had the 10-piece chicken nugget medium fry as well as a medium Coke. Saturday, 02/07/26. Ate a kids meal with a butter burger, fries, coke and ice cream. Had loose stools on 02/08 and then it escalated on 02/09: with fever, chills, headache, stomach and abdominal pain, profuse, uncontrollable diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.
