My wife and I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza last night (4/9) on Easter and we both have severe food poisoning today. It’s unfortunately the only thing that we both ate on Sunday so it was definitely the cause.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
