I ordered a falafel wrap for lunch on 11/16 and thought nothing of it. I felt a bit off that evening. The next day, I vomited many times, felt very weak, was incredibly fatigued, has muscle and joint pain and a massive headache. 36 hours later and I'm completely fine.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Fatigue, Body Ache
