I ordered a harissa honey chicken bowl with rice, arugula, olives, corn, slaw with garlic sauce. Within 5 hours of eating this i experienced extreme diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Papa John’s, we ordered a New York crust and got onions, roma tomato, regular sauce and cheese, anchovies, pineapples, jalapeño and pepperoni, and garlic sauce.
