I ate a turkey and cheese sandwich with mayo from the open cooler around 1700 2/4/18. At 1900 I started feeling funny. I’ve had diarrhea real bad (watery) and I puked 3 times since. It’s the only think I’ve at since breakfast.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I purchased3 subs with mayo 1st was for my wife and2 for me after fixing my wife's they ran out of mayo, they refilled and made remaining2 I ate mine & 1 1/2 hours later I became nauseous and thrower up diarrhea & sweat! Eat a ham and turkey footling cheese & toasted with lettuce red onion & mayo @ 1.15pm on 20/01/2018 by 8pm that night started feeling sick by 12pm I vomited followed by another 5 times through the night.
