Me and my brother ate a sausage egg muffin, we both had food poisoning and started vomiting like crazy., 2 out of 2 people got sick, as soon as my brother got home he started throwing up but it took mine a good five hours before I did.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea

3 our of 5 family members had the sausage and egg muffin meal, and within 12 hours only the 3 who had this were all violently ill and bed ridden including my wife who is 5 months pregnant. I have heard uncomfirmed reports in the past from others. Will never eat there again, disgusting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

1July2019 - Ordered Egg McMuffin from the drive thru. After driving off, found order contained Sausage McMuffin with no sausage (only egg & cheese on english muffin). Did not notice anything off with taste or smell. 1 hour later severe migraine headache, nausea, shakes.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Shaking, Migraine, Headache
