Bad stomach and diarrhea! Feeling very sick. Sweaty palms, Will never eat out of subway again and will be taking this further! Absolutely disgusting! I had a 6inc meatball with lettuce, onion and tomato! + some cookies. Can anyone help how to take this further.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Turkey on Italian herbs and cheese mayo honey mustard pepper jack spinach tomato onion pickle cucumber. Symptoms started about 1/2 hour after eating and continued through the night  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Pretty sure it was from onion blossom as me and my wife ate one and were the only ones to get food poisoning.
