Had nothing to eat since lunch. Went to a movie at pacific theaters in the Americana. Got a pretzel w/ cheese & popcorn w/ butter. Started eating at around 7:15pm

At around 2 or 3 am, woke up with cramps & nausea & have spent the past 7 hours vomiting & diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate the pretzel bites on Sunday. The following day, I began having symptoms of food poisoning (diarrhea, vomiting, fever, etc). When I ate the food, nothing seemed wrong with it, but now I have been ill for two days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
