Biryani Rice w/ Curry Chichen & Sambal Prawns on 29/5/2016 about 3pm. I felt unwell and went to bed. I woke at 3am to urgently attend the toilet. I had severe diarrhoea and vomiting. I had a fever. I had rigours. I am still not feeling well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ordered a Panda bowl with chicken teriyaki, rice and veggies. It was about 7pm and it crossed my mind that it was not apparent how long the chicken was sitting, but I ate it anyway. At 1am I woke up with horrible chills which lasted an hour then changed to a 101 fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Chills
